Blind Society Outings

The Society has organised holidays and outings for Members and their Guides for several years. It provides a grant towards the cost for each person attending a holiday and for their Guide.

Holiday destinations have included Blackpool, Weston-Super-Mare, Llandudno, Great Yarmouth and Skegness. The cost of the holiday includes accommodation, meals, coach hire and excursions. Two members of the Society's Staff attend each holiday to ensure all runs smoothly.

Two Outings are organised each year, one in the summer and one at Christmas.
