Resource Centre
The Society operates a Resource Centre in the Society’s office in {allion. The Centre stocks a small selection of specialist equipment for sale such as talking watches and clocks, kitchen scales, symbol canes and many other items designed to help visually impaired. The Centre also has a range of catalogues from the main companies supplying equipment for the blind and visually impaired. The Society operates an ordering service for most items, however for the larger and more expensive items we advise people to go direct to suppliers.
